Holiday Return Policy:

Clothing, footwear, & swimwear purchased from November 16th through the holidays must be received in our warehouse by January 12th via tracking for refund.

Return Policy

We think you'll love everything you purchase from Pink Desert but we understand sometimes things just don't work out!
For that reason we have a FREE exchange and EASY return policy to make your shopping experience with us a good one!

Clothing, footwear, & swimwear must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from original marked delivery date via tracking for refund and within 90 days for store credit or exchange.

All accessories are marked “Final Sale”. No returns or exchanges.

We offer free pre-paid return labels for US customers if you wish to exchange or receive store credit.

Returns for refunds need to be sent in a separate package from any exchanges on the same order. Pre-paid labels are for store credit or exchanges only. Please include your order invoice and/or your order number when returning your order.

International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

If the item you are exchanging for is out of stock, we will issue store credit.

Customers are responsible for a return label and return shipping expenses if they wish to receive a refund.

Shipping on original orders are nonrefundable.

Clothing, footwear and swimwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. Swimwear must have sanitary liner still in place. Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box with the lid, inside of a package. Please include shipping invoice and/or order number when sending your order back to our warehouse.

Any and all clothing, footwear, swimwear, and accessories that have been worn and/or washed are disqualified from returns and exchanges.  Pink Desert is not responsible for any changes or damages done to clothing after they have been worn and/or washed. 

All items on the 'SALE' tab are ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Shipping charges on original orders are non refundable.

Please be advised, if any of the items within the OOTD need to be returned for refund for any reason, the 20% discount is thereby forfeited. All other items that the customer will be keeping will be marked back to their retail value, and the remaining balance will be what is refunded back to the customer.

 All returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days once we have received your return. If items do not meet conditions described above or are received after the 30 day period, we will be unable to process your return.

Items that end in $.98 or that are marked ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for exchange or return. Sale items purchased with a discount code are final sale. No exceptions. Shipping charges on original orders are non refundable.

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact hello@thepinkdesert.com within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.

Defective Item

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please click here to start the process of correcting that. Please make sure it is reported on the system within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.
