Cute Pants!

I got these pants as I'm looking for bottoms that I could wear for work or out when I want to look a little more put together. These fit the bill! The small fits me perfectly (I have a 25" waist and 34" hips, and am typically a size 0, for reference), but I'm not sure if they'd fit a 4. They seemed comfortable, but there's not much stretch to them if you want to use the included belt.

I'm giving these a 4 since I didn't realize they were hand wash, the belt looks slightly bulky and they're longer in length than what's listed (they're more like 28.5" or 28" than 26.5"), which can matter if you're petite or have a shorter torso.

Even so, I recommend these and hope they can be hemmed!
