Do you restock items?
Yes! When in the product page, make sure you sign up for restock notifications. It will email you + let you know when it's restocked. If you have been waiting for an item for a while, send us an email + we will try and help you the best we can! :)
Do you offer in store pickup?
We do! After you have added all of your items to the cart, select the icon that says "Pickup in Store". Once there, fill in the fields for the pickup date/time, who will be picking up the order, contact number and email address. We'll see you in store soon!

We think you'll love everything you purchase from Pink Desert but we understand sometimes things just don't work out!
For that reason we have a FREE exchange and EASY return policy to make your shopping experience with us a good one!
Clothing, footwear, & swimwear must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from original marked delivery date via tracking for refund and within 90 days for store credit or exchange.
All accessories are marked “Final Sale”. No returns or exchanges.
We offer free pre-paid return labels for US customers if you wish to exchange or receive store credit.
Returns for refunds need to be sent in a separate package from any exchanges on the same order. Pre-paid labels are for store credit or exchanges only. Please include your order invoice and/or your order number when returning your order.
International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
If the item you are exchanging for is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
Customers are responsible for a return label and return shipping expenses if they wish to receive a refund.
Shipping on original orders are nonrefundable.
Clothing, footwear and swimwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. Swimwear must have sanitary liner still in place. Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box with the lid, inside of a package. Please include shipping invoice and/or order number when sending your order back to our warehouse.
Any and all clothing, footwear, swimwear, and accessories that have been worn and/or washed are disqualified from returns and exchanges. Pink Desert is not responsible for any changes or damages done to clothing after they have been worn and/or washed.
All items on the 'SALE' tab are ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Shipping charges on original orders are non refundable.
Please be advised, if any of the items within the OOTD need to be returned for refund for any reason, the 20% discount is thereby forfeited. All other items that the customer will be keeping will be marked back to their retail value, and the remaining balance will be what is refunded back to the customer.
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days once we have received your return. If items do not meet conditions described above or are received after the 30 day period, we will be unable to process your return.
My item came in damaged. What should I do?
In the unusual event you receive a defective item, please take a picture of the damage + contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.
The wrong item came in my package. What should I do?
In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item to fix the error.
How long does the shipping process take?
Pink Desert prides itself on its fast shipping times.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. We ship Monday-Friday. Please note that USPS is experiencing delays on their end which may affect the shipping time on your order. Pink Desert is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.
Major swim releases can push shipping back to 5-7 business days. Please be advised.
If you are placing an order with a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives to our warehouse. If you want the rest of your order to ship before the pre-order item, you will need to place a separate order and pay for separate shipping.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
We ship all orders USPS. Below are the shipping options we offer at checkout.
- FREE Standard Shipping: USPS First Class for orders $100.00 and over (Leaves warehouse in 1-3 business days)
- Standard Shipping ($6.95): USPS First Class for orders under $100.00 (Leaves warehouse in 1-3 business days)
- Priority Mail ($9.95): USPS Priority Mail (Leaves warehouse within 24 hours on business days. Priority Mail orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday's will ship the next business day.)
- Priority Mail Express ($39.95): Leaves warehouse on same business day. Order must be placed on business day before 1pm PST Monday-Friday to qualify for 1-2 day shipping cutoff. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org after order is placed to confirm express delivery.
All international customers: $25.00 flat rate. International customers are responsible for customs expenses.
I put the wrong address. What do I do?

My package says it's delivered but I can't find it. Now what?
Oh no! We're sorry you are having a hard time finding your package. We suggest checking with your neighbors and contact your local postal office. If you are still unable to find your package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org + we will do our best to try and help resolve this issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes or cancellations. However, we are able to cancel orders or certain items within that order if taken care of before. We can even add items to your order if you forgot something. Please email email@example.com for any changes before shipping.
